- 04:11 wake up to help with water collection..
- need to pump water.. back to sleep @ 0500.. took a while to fill, but necessary if want water.
- comes once every 4 days and it’s a free for all. The home here has to compete with people with automatic pumps. So that’s why we’re up at 0400.
- tomorrow we have to get petrol @ 0600. It may take up to 3hrs to get a little scooter tank full
- more loitering around the night market area.. although we didn’t stay past 2000. so things weren’t open. But it’s still awesome to be in the presence of such madness..
ok online so update more later…. Take up too much internet time not good..

Hi Eric! It is such a great reminder to us who are in North America of the life we take for granted. We have a lot here and sometimes we want more because of the kind of soceity we have here. It seems like you have been physically challenged. will be praying for strength for you.

Hi Eric:

Thanks for the detailed sharing in your blogs,
About daily to-do’s and all those stray dogs.
Routines and tasks are certainly not the same.
Westerners may be brought to their own shame.

Yet pumping water or simply turning on the tap,
To me they’re different strides of the same lap.
Just remember that one common human thread,
Everyone needs the gospel and to be Spirit lead.

Now waking up early to get water can make me cry.
Will sharing Christ who gives living water at all fly?
Jesus used it at the well so it’s indeed worth a try.
Let me know how it goes but for now a good-bye.

In Christ,
DVD
